Customer Service Siroko

At Techpump we're looking for a person to join our Customer Service Department for our E-commerce Siroko.

📌 We offer a stable working relationship after a fixed-term contract. On-site work at the company's headquarters situated in Gijón (Asturias). The selection process includes the following phases: Phone interview / Technical + language test / Personal interview.

👷 Your main duties will be

  • Phone and email support.
  • Solving potential problems and coordinating with corresponding departments.
  • Maintenance of the several internal management tools.

☝️Basic Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, natural people person and outgoing personality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Other languages.
  • Good command of Excel.
