Customer Service Siroko
At Techpump we're looking for a person to join our Customer Service Department for our E-commerce Siroko.
📌 We offer a stable working relationship after a fixed-term contract. On-site work at the company's headquarters situated in Gijón (Asturias). The selection process includes the following phases: Phone interview / Technical + language test / Personal interview.
👷 Your main duties will be
- Phone and email support.
- Solving potential problems and coordinating with corresponding departments.
- Maintenance of the several internal management tools.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, natural people person and outgoing personality.
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Other languages.
- Good command of Excel.
